TOR ford trip ends in disaster!
This is the remnants of a Nissan Terrano van used by TOR photographer, Steve Taylor, following a recent excursion to take shots of Worcestershire's fords. With Emily at the wheel, the pair decided to remove a traffic cone from the middle of a ford, which involved Emily hanging out of the open door while also driving. Now cones are surprisingly heavy things, and feeling the strain of the traffic management device on her right arm, Emily was a little over zealous with the accelerator pedal as she attempted to reverse back to dry land. Suffice to say, the incident ended in some rather severe damage being inflicted on the Terrano and Emily being deposited in the water. Now back in the office, Emily seems a little subdued...as does Steve!
