The British Indoor 4x4 Show is being expanded from one to two days. The show, which recently moved to Staffordshire County Showground after outgrowing its old home at Donington, will therefore now be held on 19 + 20 March 2011 - and we're delighted that Silverline Wheels and Tyres have confirmed their continuing support as Show sponsor.
For 2011, as well as expanding the show to two days we'll be adding various new features and attractions and overnight camping will be available - so you'll be able to make a real weekend of it, or simply choose which day suits you best.
Visit the show website for more information as and when it becomes available.
We raised just over £400 for Help For Heroes at the May 2010 Total Off Road Live event.
Huge thanks to everyone who came, gave, won in the raffle, sold raffle tickets, found the prizes, announced the winners and anyone else who was in any way involved, we're sure Help for Heroes will be very pleased when they receive the cheque and the money certainly does go to a very good cause. That's the thing about youtube, it's very easy to get distracted. While searching for an entertaining video from King of the Hammers we stumbled upon this... it's hard to deny he's got talent...
Fancy sending in a photo of your latest off-road adventure? We love to see pictures of your vehicles stuck, rolled, under water, on fire or in any other hilariously sticky situation. Then of course, we like to print them on the Total Chaos page in the back of the mag so everyone else can have a good laugh at them too!
Email your photos (the bigger, the better) to: editorial@toronline.co.uk. When your photo is printed, you win a free year's subscription to Total Off Road. Result!
We're packing up our 4x4,
So once again we'll see our floor.
The kit's been piling up since March,
Months since the table cloths were starched.
Twelve issues of the magazine,
(The Editor's a bit too keen).
Three prizes, the camera, one blindfold,
Since when did the A-Board get covered in mould?
Tables, posters, forms and pegs,
A lot to carry for such few legs.
T-shirts, bags, some plastic forks,
Remind we why we're taking chalks?
The most important thing's to ensure,
(Although we've got a lot of stuff -
some of it's useful, some of it's guff)
That once it's all in and we're ready, we're off
That all of the doors will actually shut.
And if they won't, we'll never leave,
It's an awful lot of stuff to heave...
A lot that wasn't here before,
Our colleague's just brought out some more...
Thank goodness for McDonalds, eh?
Some sustenance whilst on our way.
So glad we didn't have to walk...
And finally, we get to KORC.

So the glorious British Summer lasted one weekend, rain looks set to make its dreary comeback to douse our barbeque dreams and spit on our pastey short-clad legs.
The good news is that we're made of tougher stuff and no rain will stop us from enjoying a weekend of off-roading. In fact this weekend at Total Off Road Live, we won't mind at all if a giant cloud makes its home above Kirton Off Road Centre, because a bit of mud means even more fun!
The first Total Off Road Live weekend at Kirton Off Road Centre is fast approaching (May bank holiday weekend) and we're very excited here at the TOR office. Last year's weekend was great fun, packed with off-roading, smiley faces and evening entertainment to top it all off. We hope this year's weekends will be even better!
It would be great to see you there, so if you haven't booked yet there is still time. Don't forget that if you can't make the May event, it will all be happening again in August, so mark it in the diary, rope in the wife/hubby and kids and book your tickets for a great weekend of good old off-roading fun.
Remember this phone? Well you can read more about iconic mobile phones here alternatively, you can get on your own telephone and give us a call to subscribe for a measley £39 for 12 issues of Total Off Road.
The Bank Holiday weekend seems to have caused a bit of excitement in the office, so much so that we just had a hankering to find out what our pro wrestling names might be...
Now that's over and done with, we can get on with some work!
Speaking of which - don't forget to book your tickets for Total Off Road Live. The late May Bank Holiday is fast approaching, so book tickets now to avoid missing out. You can also book now for the August Bank Holiday weekend. Visit www.totaloffroadlive.co.uk for all the info and to book your tickets.
